YEY! The 2nd installment is finally coming out! so excited...........NOT!
im sorry to have burst your buble but ok this may sound shocking, I HAVENT ACTUALLY SEEN THE MOVIE "TWILIGHT!" am i the only person here (probably in the whole world) who havent seen the movie twilight?!, people are sooo crazy about this movie the moment it was released a year ago, and all of a sudden it became a world wide phenomena! its the talk of the town baby! but not me, im not actually buying this "hit-phenomena-kind of thingy". arhg! it suddenly became one of my biggest pet peeves! i mean whats the fuss all about? its just a bunch of vampires and werewolves and added some love interest then BAM! there you go. it is as if this where it all started the trend of vampire/werewolves movie. uhm hello there's VAN HELSING and of course UNDERWORLD! i think this one is a chick flick right? eeeekk! and rumor has it that theyre making a tagalog version of it titled "TAKIPSILIM" much more EEEKK! definetly not the right one for me. but having said that, i know for a fact that i shouldnt be judgemental first, cos i for one havent seen the movie so im in no position or whatsoever to judge that its a fucked up movie. but the thing that annoys me so much is that some of the people who have seen it are actually just liked it para lang maki uso! "oh have you seen the twilight?!" "uhm yeah.i liked it very much!" but once you asked them hows the movie become great? they just simply say "ang gwapo ng bida eh" (i actually know someone who really said that!) you know what i mean, the only reason they liked it is becasue THEY DONT WANT TO BE LEFT OUT! thats probably the reason why i dont go for the "talkies". im more looking for the quality of the movie not more on big budget kind of thingy. it has to have much closer to reality. i rarely to talk someone about movies kasi they dont get my kind of movies its not because my types are kind of dull or so outdated but im more on movies that is deep and meaningful. im fortunate enough to have seen the french film "The Passion of Joan of Arc" its an 1928 film and its a silent film.(see what i mean?) French for example, im such a follower of works of jean-luc goddard & francois truffaut. while Italian films are so glamorous and so life-like! like the works of federico felinni & gueseppe tornatore. and lastly japanese films. just one word to describe it BIZZARE! (but in a such impeccable way) Takeshi Miike's works are so WAAAH! and i think Asian Films are so under rated. (man, i should've taken mass.com or film studies as my course.) in short i dont go for american type of movies theyre such a bunch of douche bags and used bankable hollywood stars para lang bumenta and whata big rip offs they are?! (except for The Godfather 1&2 and Pulp Fiction)
anyways, theres this guy ive met he was wearing this infamous "che guevara" shirt, he said he like that shirt very much cos hes such a big fan of his music. i was like..for the love of christ! KAILAN PA NAG KAROON NG ALBUM SI CHE GUEVARA??? i know there are some albums about him being interviewed or tribute songs about him. what i meant is HIM, ACTUALLY SINGING! BIBIGYAN KO NG 1MILLION ANG MAKAKAPAG BIGAY SAKIN NG RELEASED ALBUM NYA!
i didnt say anything back to that guy cos i assume he mistakenly identified Che as Bob Marley. see what i mean? damn i hate phony people! just because its widely popular doesnt mean maganda narin para "in'' ka. people now a days have this sickness called "identity crisis" they dont really know where should they belong to, they just go on to "ooh what is hot?! and what is not?!" i mean, its just ok to try out things new but just dont brag about it specially if you know nothing about it or you've just heard it from someone! do some research first ok, then you can brag about it to everyone you want to. so back to the "new moon" saga, just for the record, i didnt say anything bad about the movie, just straightining all things out specially those twilight/new moon followers. and i know some who have seen it (i think majority are teenage girls) went gaga just because it leads "robert pattinson" i think that is why. about kristen stewart, ive seen her in some of her movies, about few years back (2002) thats the first time i saw her in the movie "panic room" she's really not quite welll known at that time. and shes Blonde you know! well i guess thats all it, though some of my friends had actually recommend me to watch it but i just said "uhm...we'll see" LOL! i mean ayoko naman panoorin para lang makasama sa usapan, no way! if thats the case ill talk to myself then thanks! im such a good listener to my myself! (baliw???LOL) pero i must gives props kasi ive just seen the trailer (new moon) and nicely well done naman yung CGI effects. and DAKOTA FANNING had joined the cast! REALLY?? goodluck! when the time comes and im in the mood for vampires/werewolves, i might consider watching it. but not now, siguro pag di na sya sikat at di na pinag uusapan. i remember the movie "TRANSFORMER" sobrang pinag usapan din ito but then again i didnt watch it on the big screen i just saw it nung pinalabas na sya sa HBO last december ata yun. well i guess that makes me outdated then. (ang old school ko talaga. shet!) and besides, im not really comfortable manood sa mga sinehan, you cant sit the way you want to, and daming nag cchismisan, and more importantly smoking is not allowed! haha. isnt nice to watch your favorite movie where you can sit in any position you like comfortably in your own couch?? now thats the brilliance of Lazy Chair! lol.
i would just like to address someone who is such a HUGE fan of this "SAGA". he even brings the book in class to read it!
to Mr. JULIUS CEASAR DOMASIAN. wow julie! mag fiesta kana! last quater of this year ipapalabas na yung new moon! the official trailer of the movie is out on youtube right now so go watch it. wow! they just posted it 2 days ago and it already had 1M+ views! amazing! that only proves that this movie has a lot of followers! (myself not included)
